أقر أنا الموضحة بياناته أعلاه مقدم طلب العضوية بفريق المتحدون للدراجات النارية بأنني سألتزم وأتقيد بجميع أنظمة ولوائح وشروط الفريق والاتحاد السعودي للسيارات والدراجات النارية وأنظمة الإتحاد الدولي لرياضة الدراجات النارية والإدارة العامة للمرور بالمملكة العربية السعودية. كما أتعهد بالتقيد بتعليمات رئيس الفريق وقائد الرحلات وأعضاء الإدارة والرود تيم والالتزام بروح الفريق وعدم إفشاء أسرار الفريق وارتداء جميع ملابس السلامة للدراجة النارية سواء كنت مع الفريق أو بصفة فردية. ولبس وارتداء كافة الملصقات الدعائية على الملابس والدراجة النارية كما تحددها إدارة الفريق كما أنه لا يحق لي استرجاع مبلغ العضوية بعد استلام بكج الفريق أو في حال سحب العضوية لأي سبب يخالف قواعد وأنظمة الفريق، كما أتعهد بأنني مسؤول عن نفسي مسؤولية كاملة ولا يحق لي في حالة حدوث حادث لا قدر الله أن أطالب فريق المتحدون للدراجات النارية بأي تعويضات مادية أو علاجية وأن أتحمل جميع الأضرار الناتجة ضد الغير. وهذا إقرار مني وعليه جرت الموافقة (معاً نبني مستقبل الدراجات النارية).
I, the applicant whose details are provided above, hereby acknowledge and pledge to abide by and comply with all the rules, regulations, and conditions of The United Motorists Motorcycle Team, the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation (SAMF), the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM), and the General Department of Traffic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
I further undertake to adhere to the instructions of the Team President, Road Captains, Board Members, and the Road Team. I commit to upholding the team spirit, maintaining the confidentiality of team affairs, and wearing full motorcycle safety gear at all times, whether riding with the team or individually.
I also agree to display all promotional decals and branding on my apparel and motorcycle as specified by the team management. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to a refund of the membership fee once the team package has been received or if membership is revoked due to any violation of team rules and regulations.
Furthermore, I declare that I am fully responsible for my own safety. In the event of any accident—God forbid—I waive my right to claim any financial compensation or medical expenses from The United Motorists Motorcycle Team, and I shall bear full liability for any third-party damages.
This is my formal acknowledgment, given and agreed upon.
